Ms. Heidmann has been in the Education Field for over a decade, with experiences ranging from early childhood up through high school – as an educator, administrator, and special education para-professional. Her degree is in early childhood education, and she is thrilled to be the Assistant Director for Young Hearts Preschool. Ms. Heidmann is excited to build relationships and help the school succeed. Ms. Heidmann enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband, three children, and three dogs when she is not at work.

Mrs. Campbell oversees all of the After-School Athenaeum, Summer Camp co-curricular programs and is responsible for the creation and operations of Young Hearts Preschools. Prior to her current position, she served as a Regional Manager for Children’s Learning Adventure, a Center Director, District Manager, Region Vice President and Vice President for Knowledge Universe and an Operations Manager for Rainbow Preschools. In her tenure, she has managed 123 preschools, 660 before and after school programs, 20 private elementary schools and 2 private middle schools in 23 states. She is a past board member of Valley of the Sun Association for the Education of Young Children (local chapter of NAEYC) and was selected to be on the advisory committee for First Things First Arizona. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan and has completed graduate level coursework in Secondary Education at Eastern Michigan University. Ms. Rodriguez has over 37 years of experience working in the Early Childhood field. She has worked in 8 pre-schools in both California and Arizona and earned accreditation for 3 of those pre-schools. Her schools attained a 3.5- and 4-star rating with Qualify First. She has assisted in the accreditation process of 5 additional pre-schools. She has held positions from assistant teacher, director, and mentor to other schools. She has been a trainer for AZ state programs CCPT, SUCCCEEDS and a mentor for the CDA (Child Development Associates Credential). She is well versed with ADHS licensing rules and regulations, First Things First rating systems, The Workforce Registry, and has established great relationships with many of the state’s licensing surveyors. ​

Mrs. Long has been an educator for 5 years, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders in the classroom. Mrs. Long grew up in Colorado, studied abroad in the UK and has settled in the valley while completing her educational goals. She is completing her degrees, pursuing a Masters from Grand Canyon University, in Special Education and Autism Studies. She enjoys spending time with her family and children when she is not working.
